Risks and challenges
Infusion is slow: four to six weeks per batch, so a surge in orders means a wait, and we would rather tell you now. Our first run is capped at 1,500 bottles and 300 tins, which is what our shelf capacity can infuse in two overlapping cycles; if we pass that, later tiers move to a second run and we will say so in an update before rewards ship.
Botanicals are agricultural: crop years vary and a supplier substitution can delay a batch. These are hand-filled products, so colour varies slightly between batches, and we think that is the honest version. Glass breaks in transit: we pack for it and replace any bottle that arrives broken.
Every dollar past goal goes to the second drop and to a larger first run.
