The oil is half the product, so we name it on every label.
Dried botanicals go into the jar, the jar goes on the shelf, and four to six weeks later the oil is strained and bottled. No solvents, no factory, nothing to hide.
All five are seed or fruit oils. No nut oils anywhere in the line. Every infused oil gets a small amount of natural vitamin E to keep it fresh, and that goes on the label too. Best used within twelve months of the batch date, stored out of sunlight.

How we make itThe jar
Dried botanicals only, weighed and recorded against their lot number, into clean glass with the carrier oil that suits them.
The shelf
Warm and dark. The jar is dated the day it goes up, and the oil lot and herb lot are written on the log sheet beside it.
Four to six weeks
Nothing is rushed and nothing is heated hard. St John's Wort turns deep red in the jar.
Strain
The oil is strained off the botanical and filtered on the bench.
Bottle
Hand-filled into amber glass, tins, or 250 ml bottles with a pour spout, then labelled in English and French.
Log
The batch number is written against the jar, the herb lot and the oil lot.
Traceable
Every bottle can be traced back to its jar.
Every incoming lot of dried botanical gets a lot number. Every carrier oil gets a lot number. Every bottle gets a batch number. If something goes sideways we can tell you which jar, which week, which shelf.
